The AME rake system is much more than just "Raked Triple Trees" It actually gives your bikes frame a tree rake and a neck rake, just like any properly done rake job would do, but without cutting the frame.
Notice the green line in the picture to the left. This represents the original steering head angle. The AME system moves the pivot point from the green line out to the angle of the red line. This in effect changes the steering head angle. This is exactly what cutting the neck does, but without cutting. The AME trees also have rake built into them which decreases the trail back to the stock dimensions. The correct geometry is built in to this system so there's no guess work involved. Your bike will handle as good or better than stock, all the way to it's top speed.
TUV Certified - DOT Approved Parts
For those of you not familiar with TUV Certified parts, it's the European version of DOT Approved parts in the USA. The difference is the TUV parts testing system, is the most stringent testing in the world. Much more so than the US DOT system. When a part has passed the rigorous testing of the TUV, you can rest assured that it will withstand anything you throw at it. This how AME can offer a 50,000 miles warranty with each kit they sell.
